My Approach

I'm a Software Development Manager with over 15 years of experience leading engineering teams across healthcare, fintech, automotive, and enterprise environments. My work sits at the intersection of technical depth and people leadership — I care deeply about both the craft of software and the humans who build it.

I believe the best teams are built on trust, clear communication, and a shared commitment to quality. I lead by coaching, not directing — creating environments where engineers grow, ownership is taken seriously, and delivery becomes predictable.

I am proud to have contributed to large industrial projects, high-security web applications, and transaction-heavy, performance-critical systems — and to have done it while keeping the code clean and the people engaged.
